I started my journey with dodgeball at Lincoln Royals whilst studying to become a nurse, balancing my nursing degree with trainings and competitions was not always easy. Finding Friends within the team i powered through finishing my degree but making the most of university at the same time. I continued to do dodgeball after finishing uni however had to take a step away from dodgeball for several years due to my works demand.
I returned back home and joined Leamington Spartans to try the sport i loved doing so much. Since joining Spartans i have managed to balance both my nursing job and competing in different leagues and tournaments over the past year. It has always been a dream of mine to play for England. Now i get to represent my country and i am very grateful to be able to pursue my two biggest passions, embracing the challenges and joys it brings. I now work as a sexual health nurse and get to play dodgeball along side.
I have Had so many different experiences with Spartans over the years, playing overseas, winning, losing and meeting some of the best people ever! I look forward to my future playing with England dodgeball!
