I started playing dodgeball in September 2022, just at my uni club as something to do after freshers week. From there, I started playing in competitions, joined Manchester Bees and spent the first 3 months learning how to play before being promoted to the first team – Manchester Queen Bees. We played in super league that year and the year after, only to get relegated in the last meet. Now we are on our way to winning league 1 and cementing our place in super league. During this time I also played at the WECs, where I represented England for the first time and we took Gold in the women’s category and Bronze in the mixed.
I am also in my 3rd year studying Physics and Astrophysics at the University of Manchester, which takes up most of my time. If I’m not studying, I’m either playing/composing music, playing video games or playing dodgeball.
