BIOGRAPHY

Hi I’m Alaa, a 3rd year dental student. I started dodgeball at university and since then my commitment to the sport increased. I joined a club in Manchester and one in Hartlepool. Currently I am women’s co-captain at university, trying to increase the diversity in the sport and grow our women’s team to greater success.
Being a Muslim girl in dodgeball, there wasn’t much representation and I felt out of place when I first joined and now i just want to be there to encourage everyone to join in 🙂
